History

As an Ironman and Ultraman triathlon competitor, I first learned about the benefits of cryotherapy while training for various races. The immediate benefits were a total game changer with my recovery process which allowed me to get stronger, faster, and recover rapidly so I could work harder day after day. I knew then that everyone could benefit from these types of therapies.

My wife Windy and I opened our first location in October of 2017 and quickly discovered our passion for helping people! As we've steadily grown, we've been able to reinvest in some of the absolute best health and wellness modalities, technologies, and therapies for the well-being of our clients.
