Cryoskin, Endospheres, & Accufit Late Cancellation, Late Reschedule, and No-Show Policy

At Texas Cryoworks and Wellness, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  We strive to accommodate our clients’ needs while also ensuring efficient scheduling and maintaining the availability of our talented technicians.  Therefore, we have established the following late cancellation, late reschedule, and no-show policy:

1. Appointment Cancellation:

   a. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

   b. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee.

   c. Sunday or after hours call or text 469-774-2182.

2. Late Arrival:

   a. We understand that unforeseen events or traffic delays may cause you to arrive late for your appointment.

   b. However, please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a need to reschedule your appointment or a shortened service to remain on schedule for other clients.

3. No-Show Policy:

   a. A "no-show" occurs when a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice.

   b. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged a prepaid session on their account or a $50 no-show fee to the card on file if no prepaid sessions exist.

4. Cancellation Fee:

   a. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

   b. The cancellation fee will be applied to your client account and must be settled before booking any future appointments.

5. Rescheduling:

   a. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we are happy to assist you in rescheduling your appointment.

   b. If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible at 469-774-2182 to give us the opportunity to accommodate your request.

We value your time and ours, and this cancellation policy is in place to ensure fair treatment for all our clients and to maintain the efficiency of our business operations. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
